How much compensation can I claim on a Southeastern season ticket?+

Southeastern calculates compensation based on your daily rate — Annual divided by 464, Quarterly by 120, Monthly by 40, 7-Day by 10, Flexi by 16. A 15 to 29 minute delay pays 25% of that daily value; 30 to 59 minutes pays 50%; 60 to 119 minutes pays 100%; 120 or more minutes pays 200% of the daily rate.
