Is the free plan really free?+−
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment card. You get delay alerts, the top 3 qualifying delays, and 2 AI draft attempts per claim.
When am I charged?+−
Payment is taken on the day you subscribe and then monthly (or annually) on the same date. There is no free trial — you pay from day one. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Can I cancel anytime?+−
Yes — no questions asked. Cancel through Account settings → Manage billing at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There is no minimum term.
Do you offer annual billing?+−
Yes — Reclaim Plus is available at £49.99/year, saving you the equivalent of 4 months versus monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time in Account settings via the Stripe billing portal.
What happens if I cancel?+−
Cancelling from Plus reverts your account to Free at the end of your paid period. Your claim history is retained and you can resubscribe anytime. If you would prefer to keep monitoring active at a lower cost rather than cancelling entirely, you can step down to Reclaim Lite (£2.99/month) via the billing portal — available to Reclaim Plus subscribers.
Does Rail Repay submit claims for me?+−
No. Rail Repay finds qualifying delays and drafts AI claim text. You copy the draft and submit on the official Greater Anglia Delay Repay form yourself. You stay the claimant.
